How do Nurses get Nominated?
The Zibba Award highlights the top nurses in the field at the Jacksonville campus. By exceeding standards and providing the best possible care, a patient can submit a nomination for your consideration for the Zibba Award.
How are nurses selected as Zibba award winner ?
In partnership with our Zibba Award Leadership team, each & every nomination is thoroughly reviewed. Our nomination process consists of telling our team the heartfelt story of your experience with your Mayo Clinic in Florida Nurse.

At the beginning of each year, we bring together all 12 of our awardees, officially commemorating & celebrating them in our lifetime ceremony.
